cop-out

So I am backlogged like crazy in links that I bookmarked, therefore I shall merely dump them upon the site.  Maybe a witty comment or two, but that's not likely (I'm not that witty).  Honestly, I even think some of them I wanted to keep for personal use or sharing amongst friends, not to leave to the barren, cold, and unforgiving anonymous internet.  Whatevs, they're mostly in chronological order, in two parts (saved up on two computers), so here goes.

as you can clearly tell, even if I decided to trim the list down, I would still have waaaay too many links from which to write.  I mean, I realize some of them would be grouped together, but still.

Damn time.

SO -- The Big Ten will have a new logo next year, along with competing "Legends and Leaders" divisions

Parts of the huge healthcare plan have been ruled unconstitutional (I'm inclined to agree, though the overall theme of the bill is beneficial -- I guess it's kinda like a line-item veto)

Iran is increasing central power (though we all know the Imams run the country, not Mahmoud).

Phinal-lee, Cliphph Lee is a Phillie (again)!!  (I'm considering changing all "f"s to "ph" and all "ly" suffixes to "lee")

The Senate is still unwilling to move on DADT for some reason.

No politicians really care about the defecit, they only care about politics (though this would have seemed obvious to anyone who knew and would've cared to guess).

Ehhh, that's good for now, god, what a cop-out
